The prototype was designed during course work for User Centered Design certificate program at the University of Washington. The design explores how digital sports wristbands can enables users to monitor their mood based on changes in their heart rate, skin perspiration and body temperature. It could allow users to detect mood patterns and predict the situations that can trigger negative emotions. The device will measures heart rate, perspiration, body temperature and it will allow mood selection, synchronization with mobile device, calming tips, access to music, call, message and meeting mode. The design process included research, online survey, digital prototype and user testing. Five users performed 8 tasks to evaluate the digital prototype.
